Dustbusters bad service

The first time they came to clean my house it was not done properly, I had to pay for that day but the after service was fast and good. I gave them another chance and they did it very good but broke the glass shelf in my main bathroom. I could understand accidents happen. The third time their service was really bad they cleaned half hearted the carpets was full of hair and dust the dustbin was dirty the oven was dirty the couches was dirty and full of hair. So my small dog is shredding and that's why I got a so called cleaning company in. I raised the concern the day when I came back from work and sent pictures. The lady said they will fix it and it will be no extra cost (I should hope) she also said she will come back to me. After I commented on a post on Facebook then they came back to me and thanked me for the opportunity that they had.
