Dustbusters bad service
The first time they came to clean my house it was not done properly, I had to pay for that day but the after service was fast and good. I gave them another chance and they did it very good but broke the glass shelf in my main bathroom. I could understand accidents happen. The third time their service was really bad they cleaned half hearted the carpets was full of hair and dust the dustbin was dirty the oven was dirty the couches was dirty and full of hair. So my small dog is shredding and that's why I got a so called cleaning company in. I raised the concern the day when I came back from work and sent pictures. The lady said they will fix it and it will be no extra cost (I should hope) she also said she will come back to me. After I commented on a post on Facebook then they came back to me and thanked me for the opportunity that they had.

Misrepresentation
Hi I believe in every contract with sign with businesses that offer services if on your first month you want to cancel the agreement that I believe it is not supposed to be a problem. There's always a cooling period as a client you need to get, so I joint the debtbusters in march for their assistance as i was over indebted but to my overview of things after i joint on the first month of their deduction....i saw all my credits in areas and they advise that to reduce the periods of payments I need to sometimes go and pay for my debts. I want to cancel with them so that i can be able to pay again my debts as i was absolutely doing that but i cannot get assisted the promise to send me 7.4 u form to cancel but I am still waiting with no response when I call they say they transfer to relevant departments with no assistance...debtbusters if you see this pls allow me to be cancelled and let me pay my debts by myself I am truly not happy with your service.

We supplied DUSTBUSTERS EXTREME CLEANING SERVICE https://www.dustbusterscleaning.co.za/contact.html with cleaning products in September 2021 to the value of R1100, to date we have not been paid. Lanie Nel the owner has indicated that she cannot afford to pay but she is so busy that she is never available. She told me that I can go to court if I want, she ill pay R20 per month. These people are plan criminals and please avoid any business with them, you will be sorry.. They special in cleaning holiday apartments and day to day laundry. I will update this site on progress regarding this issue.
