Poor service by the receptionist in the area. They are so many plenty receptionist but they will just look at you and not offer any help to you. I sit for 2 and 1/2 hour to open a file. The number of patients was so limited compared to other clinics I have been to. Worse experience ever at Roslyn clinic.
On my arrival at the restaurant I found a cashier whom was staring at me until I was the one who greet Frist. I bought my meal then " family and friends" type of meal and the dessert. The cashier gave me the table number with cool drink. While seated the waitress came carrying the meal I ordered which one set of the meal was not outstanding. I thought they will still bring the remaining part of the meal, I ate and finished while still waiting for the meal. I ordered dessert hopping they will bring it after meals I stayed with it until it gets cold. Nobody checked on us until the time arrived to leave the restaurant. Poor service I experienced and negligence of customers.
Is anyone experiencing poor service from mtn. I am disgusted I am an angry client i can say. My husband an O Joint mtn 24months ago we took 2cell phones with mtn sim apparently when the contract ends they lock your sim card . Then when debit order bounces they also lock your sim card not knowing why it bounced, they provided clients with FNB account to make payments on if they did not pay in time but the FNB in question is no longer working apparently the account is no longer existing and they've told clients..which clients? Mtn gives you sim card with their contract and deactivate sim card at their own time when they wish to do so...not considering how many important calls you will miss a day...we tried to send POP to about 6 six of their consultants to allocate Payments that were paid to their no longer working bank account, but no action taken on our enquire.. its been 7days now I will not recommend mtn to even my worse enemy
Hi I believe in every contract with sign with businesses that offer services if on your first month you want to cancel the agreement that I believe it is not supposed to be a problem. There's always a cooling period as a client you need to get, so I joint the debtbusters in march for their assistance as i was over indebted but to my overview of things after i joint on the first month of their deduction....i saw all my credits in areas and they advise that to reduce the periods of payments I need to sometimes go and pay for my debts. I want to cancel with them so that i can be able to pay again my debts as i was absolutely doing that but i cannot get assisted the promise to send me 7.4 u form to cancel but I am still waiting with no response when I call they say they transfer to relevant departments with no assistance...debtbusters if you see this pls allow me to be cancelled and let me pay my debts by myself I am truly not happy with your service.
