Duttons Motors - Unprofessional, unreliable and unresponsive

I had a terrible experience with Duttons Motors. I took my car in for routine maintenance, and when I picked it up, I noticed a dent and scratch near the driver's side door handle that hadn't been there before. The workshop manager agreed to refund me the cost of fixing the damage, so I had the repairs done and contacted him to send the quotation.

I followed up with multiple emails and received no response. I even phoned the workshop manager to inform him that I was sending the quotation through, but still, no response. It's been months, and no one from the dealership has followed up with me about the damage or the refund.

This complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I trusted Duttons Motors with my car, and they not only damaged it, but they also failed to take responsibility for their mistake. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for reliable car maintenance and repairs.
