I had a terrible experience with Duttons Motors. I took my car in for routine maintenance, and when I picked it up, I noticed a dent and scratch near the driver's side door handle that hadn't been there before. The workshop manager agreed to refund me the cost of fixing the damage, so I had the repairs done and contacted him to send the quotation. I followed up with multiple emails and received no response. I even phoned the workshop manager to inform him that I was sending the quotation through, but still, no response. It's been months, and no one from the dealership has followed up with me about the damage or the refund. This complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I trusted Duttons Motors with my car, and they not only damaged it, but they also failed to take responsibility for their mistake. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for reliable car maintenance and repairs.

I went to Sasol Ormonde at 1153 Northern Parkway, to buy headache tablets. I noticed that the tablets do not have a price displayed on the shelf or on the packaging. I started to look around at the other merchandise in the store, and to my surprise there was no prices on anything. So what do now? I have to wait in the queue at the counter with my items just to find out what they cost. Why not just put the prices on display so that people can make informed decisions on whether they would like to purchase something, instead of wasting there time waiting in a queue for a price? I asked the lady assisting me at the counter why no prices are reflecting for anything in the store, and she just told me that it was the managers decision. I would like you to look into this, and please rectfy this as it's really not good business to hide your prices.
