Yesterday I took my car for a service at the above stipulated company, unfortunately I could not pay because of network glitches. I stayed there till everybody knocked off, that was after 17hrs. I requested that they give me the car I will make payments via EFT as soon as the network problem is resolved. The manager could not assist, mind you I was supposed to have fetched my baby at 16h30. They did not show no mercy at all, I had to travel back home with taxis all the way from Sasolburg to Sebokeng. I went there again this morning with proof of payment, still I don't have my car with me the excuse now is that they still have to wait for the money to reflect on their system. I have been loyal to this company for the past 4 to 5 years. I bought the very car from them, doing services to them as well. Right at the time of my desperation same people I have been supporting their business with my finances could not assist. I want to believe that if I had a different skin color I would have been treated differently. They could not even trust a proof of payment afforded to them when I went for the second time. The treatment I get there has nothing to with the systems of the company but poor service to your loyal customers who keeps your company on a smooth running day in and day out.
