Subject: Poor Experience with Dynamic Airport Parking – No Response to Complaint. (Michele Harris 082 742 3820 Employee who was suppose to come back to me with an answer). info@dynamicparking.co.za website@dynamicparking.co.za I have used Dynamic Airport Parking on several occasions: 13/06/2023, 02/09/2023, and 27/08/2024. However, on 10 March 2025, the company was non-existent at the location, leaving me stranded. I submitted a complaint afterward, with numerous follow up emails, but as of now, I have received no response whatsoever. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Ignoring a formal complaint shows a total disregard for customers. See below my formal complaint : Subject: Formal Complaint – Vehicle Booking Issue on 10 March 2025 Dear Dynamic Parking, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received when dropping off my vehicle at OR Tambo International Airport on 10 March 2025. Despite booking my vehicle in advance on 13 February 2025 and providing all necessary details, I encountered significant issues that resulted in inconvenience and additional costs. Issues Encountered: Lack of Preparedness: I let you know at 07:14 I should be there at 07: 20. I received a message "COOL" with directions to Parkade 2 South and a instruction to go to Level 4H as 3H boom are not working. Upon my arrival at 07:32, no driver were waiting for me. After numerous phone calls to you, I was informed at 07:44 that the assigned personnel had not been notified of my booking. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion. Absence of Proper Documentation: The individuals sent to collect my vehicle after numerous phone calls to you had no official paperwork, including the standard tear-off slip. Given security concerns, I was unable to hand over my vehicle without proper proof of collection. Financial Loss: Due to the disorganization and lack of communication from your team, I had no choice but to park my vehicle myself, incurring a cost of R1,210.00 instead of the expected R540.00—an unnecessary extra expense of R670.00. I have used your services many times before and have always found them reliable. However, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. Resolution Requested: I would appreciate your response on the following: Compensation for the additional parking costs incurred due to your team’s failure to provide the agreed-upon service. An explanation of what went wrong and the measures you will implement to prevent this from happening again. Additionally, as I will be flying again in May 2025, I need reassurance that my booking will be handled professionally and efficiently this time.
