So I met in an accident on Linton Jones street, I hit a pothole, now they want to charge me R20 000 to fix it and on the photo's sent you can clearly see that there is wear and tear and with the impact the bolt of the Gearbox broke off as it was already loose. They want a brand spanking new vehicle but I have to pay for it they charge me for Mirrors and that was nowhere in the equation nothing was wrong with the mirrors and I have taken a video of this? You pay R5000.00 for Maintenance, service plan and the rental of the vehicle and insurance for a Nissan Micra. Then I had to wait two weeks for them to tell me what is wrong and send me a quote. The ladies answering the phones puts down the phone in your ear while you still talking to them. So I am not suggesting that anyone do business with them. You will leave a message and ask them to phone you back and nobody phones you back. So what is nice when they sell the product but afterwards the after sales service is not good. You as a rental company has to make provision for accidents.
