Here we go again Rain disconnected both my home and my work again !!! We only had WIFI for 2 weeks this month poor billing department!!! I am so over rain really.... Every Month its a battle to stay connected
I have endless problems with my account, and support never returns my calls, doesn't matter how many times you try to get hold of them. Their sales staff is good but the after sales is extremely poor, they never return your calls.
I paid a deposit on the 9th February 2025, paid the balance on the 13th of February as they advised they have the info, it is now more than 3 Months my money is gone and still didn't receive my memory stick this is the second time I post on hello peter the previous time he phoned the person I was investigating and told them he will give the stick to him. Obviously I don't want the other person to know which means he broke client privacy. I have sent numerous WatsApps try to phone keeps on putting the phone down in my ear and never respond to my messages. I have arranged for it to be picked more than 3 times, with Rodney's advisory on timeslots kept with it but every time he is not available. I then said then I haven't received my goods I legally paid for nor my money. When you phone him asking but why I don't get what I paid for he is so rude to me. So yes after this post he will phone the person I was investigating again. He said I won't get it he will give it to the person I investigated. So I either want my evidence or my money back.
The after sales is very bad they never return my call - if I call I have to hold on for 30min or longer, then the line drops then they wont call you back.
It has been more than a month Paid all my money and now they are ignoring my messages and calls I sent someone to fetch it but always excuses I have been patient and still nothing. Clear a big RED flag of ****mers. I still haven't received my information.
This is the worst WIFI provider ever, I have been trying since Monday to sort out why my Router is not working and my services after paying. Max in the accounts and billing department did not assist me properly as it is still not active
So I met in an accident on Linton Jones street, I hit a pothole, now they want to charge me R20 000 to fix it and on the photo's sent you can clearly see that there is wear and tear and with the impact the bolt of the Gearbox broke off as it was already loose. They want a brand spanking new vehicle but I have to pay for it they charge me for Mirrors and that was nowhere in the equation nothing was wrong with the mirrors and I have taken a video of this? You pay R5000.00 for Maintenance, service plan and the rental of the vehicle and insurance for a Nissan Micra. Then I had to wait two weeks for them to tell me what is wrong and send me a quote. The ladies answering the phones puts down the phone in your ear while you still talking to them. So I am not suggesting that anyone do business with them. You will leave a message and ask them to phone you back and nobody phones you back. So what is nice when they sell the product but afterwards the after sales service is not good. You as a rental company has to make provision for accidents.
Worse customer service and the rudest Drivers ever. RAIN you need to get a new Courier😑😑
