Bryanston - Customer services? None at all!!!

I emailed and called the Bryanston branch (run by Leigh) on the 10th of August to order a new box of contact lenses.

They did not want to order it because I needed a prescription from the other branch (Boskruin) - the woman who took the call was adamant that I had to get a prescription. I never had such an issue with other branches like the one in Edenvale (Meadowdale branch).

I have not received a single response from the Bryanston branch on my order nor a single voice message or sms or whatsapp message like I requested.

What kind of business does this branch run? chasing new customers away? and with such total utter putrid customer service?
