Mooikloof branch of Dynamic Vision Optometrists treated me exceedingly well. I went there for a test and chose bifocal specs. I could not adapt to it and resolved to go back and order two pairs of spectacles. Before I could act on my decision, I received a whatsapp from them enquiring about this very issue. I did go back and received my two pairs of spectacles in no time. The service and follow-up from the first contact was impressive. I am a pensioner and they accommodated me admirably. Thank you!

Mooikloof branch of Dynamic Vision Optometrists treated me exceedingly well. I went there for a test and chose bifocal specs. On the 3 january 2025 we went to dynamic vision optometrist at westgate branch to get prescribed sunglasses,all was conducted eyes test and choosing of frames and then the glasses we received on the 14th of January 2025 on the 15th Jan 2025 went back to the westgate branch as something was wrong with the glasses got all sort of headches and my vision was blurry and were told all was needed was time cos the glasses are new.only find that the presciption was totally wrong when i revisited the branchell again on the 16th.due to continues headch A re-test was done and until today 22nd January 2025 No glasses The receptionist are narcissism,lack of emotion and empathy to the situation as the glasses play a vital role to my work Even today when follow up was done was told is to early to call

Id like to give a shout out to the Dynamic Vision Team at Westgate Shopping centre. The service is super amazing, they make all their patients feel at home and part of the family. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to visit and optometrist.

Got glasses at Dynamic Vision at Keywest Mall in krugersdorp and I'm really not happy with it. The first pair I got was fine then a ***** fell out and they fixed it, not even a week goes by suddenly the frame breaks. I took it back and they said that it's a factory fault okay I accept it and the issue me a new frame but a plastic frame. I liked the frame but now the glasses are loose mind you I got this new frame on the 25th of May on a Monday after receiving the call on the same day. When I took my glasses in they had no scratches on the lens but when I received them they had a bad scratch on my right lens. The lady siting behind the desk says she can't help me because she's not the one that helps. Every time I come there they keep saying they can't help I should wait for the lady that helped me which is never there I'm starting to get irritated with these glasses coz it left a sore on my ear and it hurts they said I should come today before 1 I went the at 12 and I was told to come back tomorrow. I don't want these glasses I don't want anything from Dynamic vision because I'm really ****ed now 😡 if I can be refunded for my glasses I'd take it because they keep making me run up and down only to get no help. I can write a book on my experience with them but that's just a waste of my time. Can somebody please help with this problem

Went to Dynamic vision optometrist in clearwater mall. The optometrist is amazing however the staffs customer service sucks they lied about medial aid coverage we agreed on a payment plan and today i get a call to advise me that i need to pay yet no statement or remind was sent. I was told and i quote "JUST PAY YOUR ACCOUNT" when i asked about the reminders the lady said she will now call me everyday lile seriously im disgusted by this service and i will never be using dynamic vision again. I now have a bill of over 3000+ since I was given false information and further more i was told well you should know your medical aid plan like seriously is it not your job to explain to the customer!!

Bernadette and her team at the Malelane branch are phenomenal. I have been using their services for several years and can honestly say, that they really go out of their way to make every interaction a pleasant experience. They are super organized, super friendly and provide such a valuable service to the community. I can highly recommend them. They are a true asset to the Malelane community.

I emailed and called the Bryanston branch (run by Leigh) on the 10th of August to order a new box of contact lenses. They did not want to order it because I needed a prescription - the woman who took the call was adamant that I had to get a prescription and I kept on saying that they just had to call the Boskruin branch to get one from them, as it is with them! This escalated to speaking to Leigh who said she will speak to that branch. I never had such an issue with other branches like the one in Edenvale (Meadowdale branch), when I ordered a new box. It was smooth and simple and not complicated as the Bryanston branch! I have not received a single response from the Bryanston branch on my order nor a single email, voice message, sms or whatsapp message like I requested. The only time this woman called was while I was driving and I asked her to sms or whatsapp me...and nothing so far. No sense of urgency as they would call a day later. What kind of business does this branch run? Chasing new customers away? And with such total utter putrid customer service?
