Mooikloof branch of Dynamic Vision Optometrists treated me exceedingly well. I went there for a test and chose bifocal specs. I could not adapt to it and resolved to go back and order two pairs of spectacles. Before I could act on my decision, I received a whatsapp from them enquiring about this very issue. I did go back and received my two pairs of spectacles in no time. The service and follow-up from the first contact was impressive. I am a pensioner and they accommodated me admirably. Thank you!

On the 3 january 2025 we went to dynamic vision optometrist at westgate branch to get prescribed sunglasses,all was conducted eyes test and choosing of frames and then the glasses we received on the 14th of January 2025 on the 15th Jan 2025 went back to the westgate branch as something was wrong with the glasses got all sort of headches and my vision was blurry and were told all was needed was time cos the glasses are new.only find that the presciption was totally wrong when i revisited the branchell again on the 16th.due to continues headch A re-test was done and until today 22nd January 2025 No glasses The receptionist are narcissism,lack of emotion and empathy to the situation as the glasses play a vital role to my work Even today when follow up was done was told is to early to call

Id like to give a shout out to the Dynamic Vision Team at Westgate Shopping centre. The service is super amazing, they make all their patients feel at home and part of the family. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to visit and optometrist.

Went to Dynamic vision optometrist in clearwater mall. The optometrist is amazing however the staffs customer service sucks they lied about medial aid coverage we agreed on a payment plan and today i get a call to advise me that i need to pay yet no statement or remind was sent. I was told and i quote "JUST PAY YOUR ACCOUNT" when i asked about the reminders the lady said she will now call me everyday lile seriously im disgusted by this service and i will never be using dynamic vision again. I now have a bill of over 3000+ since I was given false information and further more i was told well you should know your medical aid plan like seriously is it not your job to explain to the customer!!

Bernadette and her team at the Malelane branch are phenomenal. I have been using their services for several years and can honestly say, that they really go out of their way to make every interaction a pleasant experience. They are super organized, super friendly and provide such a valuable service to the community. I can highly recommend them. They are a true asset to the Malelane community.

Went to DVO in Hartbee****rt medical centre, North West. Asked the receptionist whether they fall under discovery network, she said YES! I made an appointment, got my eye test - chose my frame, paid in on the frame (because I know my medical aid only pays R800 on the frame and the eye test). A month later, I get a call from the very same receptionist, saying that my medical aid has rejected my claim... I phone discovery, they say this optometrist is not part of their network. Now I have a invoice of R3000 to pay... all because they lied... to my face... If you need to go to a optometrist that has to be part of the discovery network, DO NOT GO to Dynamic Vision in Hartbee****rt. They will lie to you.
