my insurance campany recommended that i fit a tracking device from this company. what a horrible mistake i did!!! from their technician damaging my kick panel to a defective device that keeps on sending random wrong messages. the device would state that the car has been switched off when its not. on the weekend i got a notification that the car was in a collision when it was parked in a filling station. i have been sending emails, trying to call the support line with no success. im just waiting for the contract to expire so that i can take a contract with a new company. i doubt they will even find my car should it get lost. i absolutely regret signing up with them
My assessment report has not been sent to the insurer 5 days after it was done. the lady that did it is giving me different answers and today someone answered her phone and told me different stories as well. what is actually going on in that company?
My wife ordered stuff from this company and when they were delivered it was not was she expected. We returned them at the sontonga branch on 12 May and have slips to prove it. My gripe with them is they keep calling me everyday And every time i tell them the goods were returned they hang up and another one calls again later in the day asking the same retarded questions. Now they sending my wife sms saying she must pay R859.87 which doesnt make sense because we dont have the goods. I want homechoice to resolve this matter as a matter of urgency. Good were returned and there should be no reason homechoice is harassing me with daily calls and texting my spouse to say she owes them.
I've been experiencing turn signal issues immediately after the unit was fitted on my car and now they won't work at all. I wrote the email to the fleet department to explain to them about the situation I'm experiencing since the unit was fitted but no one has bothered to come back to me and I hear that this is where they are best at....keeping silent and ignoring complaints. everything was working fine until their technicians worked on the car. now I'm risking my life driving a car that doesn't indicate when changing lanes.

FNB erroneously deposited monies into their clients accounts and a day later the monies were reversed but now they charged us a R24 "service fee" for the reversal which was in the first place their mistake. this is clear day light robbery!!!
worst law company!!! they never return calls, the mediators are always not available, no feedback on existing cases. on two occasions I have had my cases transferred to another legal advisor as the one provided to me was dragging his feet. am disgusted by this kind of service and am even reconsidering other alternatives
I filed a complaint with Shoprite on the 1st of August regarding the bad service I received @ one of their stores and to date they have not responded to my email. it is disturbing that they are happy to take your money but when you complain about their products they keep quite. they are more worse than the Pakistani/somalian tuckshop owners!
bought new Adidas takkies at truworths melrose arch, wore them once and found that the size was smaller than what was written on the box. now they won't take them back saying I fitted them in the store and the manufacture insist its the right size
<p> </p> <p>On 21 July a guy by the name of Sabeer from Cell C sold me a 2gb data contract for R129. 22 July they delivered the router and two sim data sim cards!!! one was correct and the other was for 500mb contract which i never applied for. after a few calls and complaints to them the problem was sorted out. Now the 2gb line was supposed to be a fixed line, as i had openely asked Sabeer when the contarct was concluded. after two months i discovered that my bill suddenly jumped from R129 to R268. when i enquired about this i was told that my line is open and i can go over and beyond what was sold to me. I was totally flubbergasted as this was not part of the deal. I was being over charged for what I didnt sign a contract for.</p> <p>For 3 months I've been complaining to various different departments and my account debited with different amounts while they never attended to my query. </p> <p>I regret the day i ever agreed to take this contract. This has been a nightmare since day one. Im never gonna deal with cellc ever! ****** crooks!!!</p>
