Absolutely terrible service. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Be VERY CAREFUL when taking your car to this dealership. They will damage your interior and then blame it on you. Take photos of your car's interior BEFORE taking it to these people and DO NOT leave the dealership until you have inspected your car thoroughly. These technicians leave *****drivers in your car, they damage your interior and they smoke in your car too, leaving cigarette burns on your upholstery. After all that they'll tell you that since you can't prove it was them that they cannot take reasonability. Also manager speaks to customers in a very condescending manner. VERY VERY Disappointed.
Bought a simple office chair from Makro online. Item and it's box arrived completely banged up (Box was also open) - Chair was damaged and scratched upon delivery. I logged a return and requested that the item be replaced on the same day that it was delivered (That was on 31 Jan 2025). Included photos of the damaged packaging and item. Since then I have sent 2 enquiries via email as to when the damaged item will be collected and when I can expect a replacement. (I waited for the 10 business days to conclude) before following up as per Makro's policy. I have only received automated replies.. no one has been in contact with me in regards to the return at all. I am really disappointed in this lack of service and I definitely will NEVER AGAIN buy anything from MAKRO.
Dot sure... What can I say, you've done it again! Amazing friendly service. I've had pet insurance with them for over 4 years now, it's always been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Quick and easy to do pretty much anything you need on their website or via email. I've never had any negative experience or issues with dotsure at all, so if you're interested in pet insurance, join them, they're the best.
Delivery was fast, I'm happy with that, I'm not happy that they didn't deliver everything I paid for tho... I ordered a get well gift for a friend in hospital, added an extra balloon, only the main gift arrived, no balloon. So wasted R50.. won't be adding extras to orders in the future
No Response from support staff on ticket system. Telkom mobile Fixed LTE service has been offline for 7 days. Been following up on support ticket every couple of days, no-one has bothered to even let me know whether or not they are attending to the ticket. Seems like support staff don't even read Help tickets.
Tried phoning the Owner / Agent over the course of 3 days to arrange a viewing of a rental property. Sent this agent an email stating my interest in a property listed on a rental property website. Did not receive any reply, called the first day no answer - called again, Agent said that she would phone me back after reading my email. Agent did not phone me back, also no reply on my email. Phoned the agent again the second day - twice no answer, received an SMS from the Agent stating that she would phone me back , she never did. Sent Agent an SMS asking when I could view the property - did not receive any reply. Phoned the Agent on a third day, twice - sent another SMS... No reply on my SMS - No Reply on my email - agent does not take my calls... I am not sure why I am being treated this poorly or if this is the general level of service from this agency. Will definitely be using a different estate agency - if it is this hard just to view a property, then I don't want to know what will happen if there is an actual issue.
Went to DVO in Hartbee****rt medical centre, North West. Asked the receptionist whether they fall under discovery network, she said YES! I made an appointment, got my eye test - chose my frame, paid in on the frame (because I know my medical aid only pays R800 on the frame and the eye test). A month later, I get a call from the very same receptionist, saying that my medical aid has rejected my claim... I phone discovery, they say this optometrist is not part of their network. Now I have a invoice of R3000 to pay... all because they lied... to my face... If you need to go to a optometrist that has to be part of the discovery network, DO NOT GO to Dynamic Vision in Hartbee****rt. They will lie to you.
