Hi DHL didn't let me know that the parcel will be delivered by someone else, they said it will be delivered today. It has not been delivered. Now DHL is saying that RAM will deliver tomorrow, RAM is saying they don't have the parcel and that delivery will take 24/48 hours after they process the parcel. What is going on DHL? This is not the kind of customer service we pay for. Absolutely disappointing and frustrating to say the least! Can't you guys speed up the process with RAM?
Hi Can someone from RAM assist with my parcel that was handed over by DHL this morning in Richards Bay? I didn't get any comms from RAM up to now about the parcel's whereabouts. The parcel was supposed to be delivered today and nothing. I called your number and emailed, to no avail. thanks.
I am still waiting for feedback on my claim, that I submitted on 30 May. The 5 working days from there have expired. I rep**** to the email received 7 June and I have not received any feedback. The 3 working days for FH to respond has expired without any feedback. I got an email saying that my claim is not on the system and that it will take 5 to 7 working days to get feedback. What is going on? Why is this taking so long now?
I have been asking for a credit card bank statement from your collectors, your consultants for over two weeks now, to no avail! I have not received statements since about June. I am aware that the account has become legal, but still - why can't you guys sent a statement from the credit card bank account?!?!? My June payment went missing and it took long to be found and allocated. I need a bank credit card account statement for me to keep on paying into the account,. The manually prepared statements you guys and your collectors send are not credit card bank account statements!!! I cannot rely on that kind of documentation cos it is not from a bank account. Obviously, what I pay into the account is a bank account for the credit card!!! - so why is it so card to get a statement? And also, the consultant I just spoke to was completely useless, not listening to my questions nor answering and ignoring my questions!!! How am I supposed to pay into an account without having a formal bank statement?!?!

Hi, Could management please advise and sort out the issue with your driver, in order to deliver the parcel TODAY? Apparently, he called me and I dropped calls/didn't take calls - I DID NOT receive any calls from a mobile number this morning from him nor did he press the unit number on the complex's intercom. I chatted to one of your consultants via Whatsapp and not being helped at all to get in touch with the driver. Nor with the 2nd constant I spoke to on the phone a few minutes ago. What guarantee is there that the driver will call on the 2nd 'attempt' to deliver the parcel? Or buzz the intercom? I need these documents today for the car! Can anyone please help sort this out ASAP? Thanks.
Hi, I asked Rain to cancel the 4G card via the app on the 27th/28th of May as I no longer will need it. When I checked the following week, it showed as waiting for upgrade to 5G and that the 4G will be cancelled once the upgrade is done. I did NOT ask for an upgrade - I asked for a CANCELLATION of the 4G card. Last week, I called you guys - and the consultant said that it will be cancelled and the issue will be escalated. It has been a week since then - and nothing has changed! It still shows as waiting for upgrade. Please cancel the 4G with immediate effect and remove the 5G upgrade as I did not ask for it. Thanks.
