Bad staff attitude

Doctor Dyson is a nice person, however his staff members are not. If you ask to speak to the doctor after explaining the situation, I was told by the receptionist that she will get back and she didn't. I call the following day and she said she will speak to the doctor. That means she never spoke to him and she refuses to let me speak to him. Sending an email is pointless because it goes to the reception.
