Bad service
I got a call from an agent selling me some airtime contract. I told her that I do not intend my plan. She threatened me saying that plan will changed automatically and hang up on me. I called 135 customer number and I was on hold for over an hour. I gave up and ended the call0 replies

Bad aervice
Everymonth transactions which I did not authorise go through my card. Everymonth am told that my card is comprised and that I have to order a new card. The ***** department also give me a same excuse. This means that I have to contact FNB every month or close my account with them.2 replies

The brand sucks
I can't get WhatsApp call when am not on WhatsApp. I also when one specific number calls I can't hear them. Contacted the Huawei support, I just wasted my data. The problems are still not resolved. I can't wait to get another brand because this one is useless0 replies
