Dyson Stole my vacuum cleaner

I sent my dyson V15 detect in for repairs ithat was still under warrantee n August 2025, as of the 16th February 2026 i still dont have it, nobody seems to know where my vacuum is. I would not recommend anybody buy a dyson product in South africa as the customer service is non existent i was told that it would take them 12 weeks to get spares its going on 7 months now.
