Dyson Stole my vacuum cleaner
I sent my dyson V15 detect in for repairs ithat was still under warrantee n August 2025, as of the 16th February 2026 i still dont have it, nobody seems to know where my vacuum is. I would not recommend anybody buy a dyson product in South africa as the customer service is non existent i was told that it would take them 12 weeks to get spares its going on 7 months now. Non Existent After service
Terrible after service from the team that works at exoticapreowned. They quick. To sell u a car but the afterservices are non existant. I am still wating on my cars number plates.They and licernse disk 2 weeks Later.

Dyson Vacuums are weak and brak after 1 year usage, waste of money
My vacuum cleaner stoped working 1 yr and 6 months into its cycle. Its a dyson V15 detect.I booked the machine in with dyson as it is still under 2 year warranty with then. The Dyson Agent Jason Bronkhoost told me that the motor stopped working as a result of an afteer market filter. The filter gets cleaned out after every usage. I buy the way the filter. Was barely a month in the machine. If that filter cause the motor to stop then the Dyson machines are weak. I paid R13000 for the vacuum. And i cannot accept that the motor failed as a result of the filter. Dyson South Africa is ripping me off of R13000. THEY SAY TO REPAIR IS AROUND R5500 that would take the total c9st for a vaccuum uo to RR18500 which is madness. Then i should just get one of those industeial vuccuums as dyson machines are a *******. Job Number: 39741 - Jason

FNB Account freezing
Fnb froze my homeloan access bond without notice.When i contacted them they requested a host of things.First they wanted my wifes tax information.I provided that.Then they wanted proof that my home is insured.I provided that,Then it was fica docs, i provided that.Then i needed to fill in a crs form for SARS i did that.My account is still frozen a day later.If this is the level of service that i get from FNB then i will seriously have to move to a bank that concerns itself with its custmers.My Ref no is :15420155.i logged the call with the triggerescaltions department and with the hocchanges department.

No streaming Services after payment was 4 days ago.
I made payment for Dstv Streaming Services on Sunday 10-09-23.Its 4 days later and i still cant use the streaming services (Thursday 14-09-23).When i call the call center they say that my payment is Unallocated.The same story for 4 days.This is the quickest way Dstv will loose thier customers.I have provided proof of payment and a screen shot from my capitec accoun***** asimple case yet they make it so complicated and simply frustrate thier customers.

Samsung Voucher Scam
I have bought a Heat pump dryer from Samsung with a R3000 voucher,i received delivery on the 17th of November 2020,I have gone through the process of applying for the voucher,its been a week since and no feedback from Samsung,have called them several time with all their agents promising to call me back and no one has fulfilled their promises,all i was told is that there was an error with serial i supplied them and that it is a system error,It is black Friday week and i would like to use the voucher to buy a television from the Samsung store.But with the level of service that i have received from Samsung South Africa I would take my money elsewhere,i regret buying the dryer from them and would rather invest my money in another brand.I feel that the voucher deal advertised from Samsung is false advertising and Misleading because they don't state when they intend on fulfilling their part of the deal

No service delivery
My Vumatel line got activated on Tuesday amd went down on Wednesday,i have called Vumatel and logged a call with them,with my ticket number being 17572,I have not had any response from them since then,Its appalling to think that i should pay for tgis service when i have only had one day of line rental
