ecentive is responsible for allocative the spivs and incentives for selling and upgrading phones. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I have been trying to get a query regarding a phone I sold resolved. It's been 3 weeks now and I think it's unfair that my colleagues and I have to struggle for money that we worked hard for and followed protocols for. The people part of the support have been absolutely garbage too. Very unhelpful. I have provided all the paper work needed numerous times and I was recently told that the grace period for the claim has passed. It's very frustrating and humiliating to constantly be given a run around for money we worked for.
