The useless and incompetent e-centive/incentiv
What a frustrating and incompetent company that deals with the allocation for the incentives that a sales consultant is supposed to get for upgrading and selling phones. My colleagues and I have been trying to get certain claims that we submitted processed and have been given the run around. We work hard and follow procedures and produce whatever is required in order to get paid according to the hard work we do. They are taking 3 weeks to process my claim and nobody is helpful at support. It's frustrating and humiliating to have to constantly beg to be helped with getting this matter resolved because it's sales that my colleagues and I work hard for. We just want to be paid what's due. I was recently told that the grace period has elapsed for my claim when I submitted everything two weeks ago... that company is absolutely useless and untrust worthy. I've had enough, I have to expose the inconveniences and dishonest. They say that they will call back and they don't. These people don't want to help.

The incompetent ecentive
ecentive is responsible for allocative the spivs and incentives for selling and upgrading phones. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I have been trying to get a query regarding a phone I sold resolved. It's been 3 weeks now and I think it's unfair that my colleagues and I have to struggle for money that we worked hard for and followed protocols for. The people part of the support have been absolutely garbage too. Very unhelpful. I have provided all the paper work needed numerous times and I was recently told that the grace period for the claim has passed. It's very frustrating and humiliating to constantly be given a run around for money we worked for.

Unjustly debited
I closed my Cell C contract off by paying off the commitment amount that was left and by also including the amount of money that needed to be debited at the end of the month. They still debited me although I paid the commitment amount and included the amount that was due. Now they taking too long to pay my money back, they say they have a case running but that case been running for too long. I just want the money that's due to me, they took money that's not theirs and now they are giving me stories I'm not interested In.
