This Companies tries hard to get the payments out in time and over weekends, but they still drop the ball all the time, Flip Flopping around and never are consistent with their payment times. One moment pay on a Sunday and then Next weekend absolutely nothing until Tuesday. But It's just a management issue which leaves a gap in the market for a better company to come and do the job right, on time and 7 days a week. We should all just approach our mobile carriers and make a petition to stop using this company. I'm sure they have the resources to start another company that will actually do thier jobs promptly.

Ecentive is deliberately withholding payouts mostly of black employees then they claim it is a system error. How wise is a system that is so much selective? You log a ticket then they just close the ticket without resolution. Why would brands agree to a clause of “manual claim if the claim is not paid”? They suffer only blacks deliberately. I never heard white colleagues complaining about payouts.

I find it very frustrating when a claim gets declined without any valid reason and insufficient information i have lost 2 claims so far now with incentives with an elobarated reason, and you get left hanging. I feel the queries are not handled professional by ecentive, you work hard for your hard for spivs and they vanish like no that! Not fair at all.

I've been unable to withdraw my funds using my card. And when I try contacting the customer service center for help, all the lines just cut or head to voicemail within 1 second. No one is even responding to my email

ecentive is responsible for allocative the spivs and incentives for selling and upgrading phones. I am very dissatisfied with the service. I have been trying to get a query regarding a phone I sold resolved. It's been 3 weeks now and I think it's unfair that my colleagues and I have to struggle for money that we worked hard for and followed protocols for. The people part of the support have been absolutely garbage too. Very unhelpful. I have provided all the paper work needed numerous times and I was recently told that the grace period for the claim has passed. It's very frustrating and humiliating to constantly be given a run around for money we worked for.
