Absa was supposed to have released my bolt funds 14 days after the 20th of March 2025. I've sent an email to the cards authorizations department and received case number C-50967321. Tomorrow will officially be 21 days and still my funds are not being released to me. After being with Absa since 2019 I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency to resolve my issue. ABSA IS CLEARLY *****ING MY FUNDS!
During the morning of Thursday 20th of March 2025 I requested a ride that would charge me R556. 1 minute before the ride was due to arrive, the app told me the ride had arrived even though it clearly displayed that he was not there. Next thing I see the ride is canceled but my money hasn't been refunded back into my account. I tried to get assistance with the ride on the app however they say the money can only be refunded back into my account within 14 days and if I wanted it to be done sooner, I should contact my bank. Why on earth should I take time out of my schedule to fix a something done by bolt and it's drivers???? I want my R556!!!!
I've been unable to withdraw my funds using my card. And when I try contacting the customer service center for help, all the lines just cut or head to voicemail within 1 second. No one is even responding to my email
I keep on getting calls an SMS's saying I owe this company money. When they call they ask for a lady by the name of Nicole and I keep on telling them it's a wrong number!!! This afternoon I received an SMS saying I've been handed over to the debt collectors that time I never knew who was ATLAS Finance up until this experience. I've contacted the company numerous times asking them to remove my number from their database but still nothing. I feel sorry for those who actually have business with ATLAS finances because it means they get calls and texts 20 times a day!!!
