Siyakhokha have been double debiting me, when i reverse 1 x debit order they will charge me for it and charge interest. i did manual payments as well on my account but were not allocated .My account is on arrears while there's money in my account that they need to locate, i sent email with no feedback, i i went to Ekurhuleni Benoni was not assisted. contact them while at Erurhuleni because the lady said they cant help is best i call them only for one on the agents to hang up on us .
i called got hold of Gillian Koenraad explained the issue i am having with Siyakhokha , she asked me to send my statement on her work emails i did till this day she has not responded to my emails even when i request feedback this is unprofessional my account and issue is not fixed and up to date Account no 3310969722 now i do not know how to move forward
