payflex is pathetic everything was going well now my payflex account has been given me problem i cannot make eft account payment are not going through i have sent countless of email with no respond or solution this contact details 010 444 0004 they always cannot take calls because of high volume.its always aww something wrong when you making payments then additional charges they cannot deduct you cannot make payment my limit has even went down and no one say anything pathetic email locadiamamello@gmail.com number 0614599346
I ordered Clio 3 fuse box from Brits Brothers Auto parts using payflex however I was given a wrong fuse box .before ordering the fuse box I sent the picture of the fuse box I need ,the agent also sent me the pictures to my suprise there’s 1 difference on the plugs. attached picture sent by the agent with 1 missing plug Can I please be replaced with the correct fuse box I sent the sale agent a picture and videos of the difference on WhatsApp to show the difference, however the agent is only interested about the return policy instead of looking at the difference. Can I please get a correct fuse box or refund I believe no one has R2000 which she not yet finished to pay on flex for to waste @support@payflex.co.za please take note To my suprise my number is blocked on whatsApp after my complain no feedback on the emails @payflex please step in

I placed my order at 18:33 yesterday 2025/03/27 around 19:45 called the Store Debonairs Northmead driver confirmed that he received my order he wanted to confirm my address which is a shock I always order from this store .20:35 this is time estimated to receive my order 2 hours later.My order did not arrive i was monitoring the driver's movement the driver was going where he is going very far from my address 21:00 a rude manager call me and hang up a phone on me please note this is not the first time i ordered and not received my order .my order no 114997431
when is Siyakhokha going to allocate my funds into my account and credit me for double debiting me and money i paid manually , i sent my bank statement however my account is not yet fixed and in arrears and they still adding interest . complained i called them send email to Gillian Koenraad no feedback to my emails no amount has been credit account number 3310969722
Siyakhokha have been double debiting me, when i reverse 1 x debit order they will charge me for it and charge interest. i did manual payments as well on my account but were not allocated .My account is on arrears while there's money in my account that they need to locate, i sent email with no feedback, i i went to Ekurhuleni Benoni was not assisted. contact them while at Erurhuleni because the lady said they cant help is best i call them only for one on the agents to hang up on us . i called got hold of Gillian Koenraad explained the issue i am having with Siyakhokha , she asked me to send my statement on her work emails i did till this day she has not responded to my emails even when i request feedback this is unprofessional my account and issue is not fixed and up to date Account no 3310969722 now i do not know how to move forward
Absa homeloan is a **** I decided to raise my bond amount to my suprise Absa is offering me a ridiculous interest rate 12,19 higher than the current prime rate while my current interest is 11,11 on my bond When I ask how do they justify the interest they providing me with , because I have been paying them so well and paying extra on my homeloan plus my credit score is good they still can’t answer me.Absa it’s taking advantage of it’s client .For the fact that I have to go to another bank it shows that they don’t value their clients.I regret taking a homeloan with them .To my suprise I declined the interest rate they offering only for them to send my application to the attorneys without confirming with me .C-47607570
I booked with Finfoot lake reserve in July 2024 via Agoda, On the day i contacted the resort directly and booked with the resort directly .The resort sent me invoice. Melani confirmed my request with Kea. November i called enquiring about the Chrismax lunch they confirmed they going to have buffer and my boking was still confirmed. Today 2024/12/19 i called Lebu tells me that my booking was cancelled on the 2024/12/09 can they offer me a different date.I booked in July and specifically for Chrismax this is unacceptable how is your admin issue affecting my stay this is pathetic and you all need to fix my this . now the resort requested me to remove the review and offered me different reservation with different date surprisingly now i have to pay for Dinner and breakfast while my package covered the breakfast and dinner .how am i being helped here tell me? Is this how you deal with people ?? Who made their booking in July . my husband calls to find out whats happening with the reservation, now to my surprise in the morning they could not trace my Reservation number, now surprisingly the same number is available and its under Laura. This is a shame and how do you cancel my booking when you sitting with the money i paid in November in your account. This is insane. The bad thing is we cannot get hold of their General Manager Melani who assisted with Kea. Kea is nolonger with them

order number 000538798 i order item from Leroy Merlin last month and they delivered a wrong braai stand i requested return and collection.they apologised for delivering wrong item and said item was mixed up yet they have not yet collected the wrong item i send them count less emails with no feedback .I will never ever buy online their customer service is pathetic today is the 10 September what must i do with a wrong item from August 15
