Waste removal serviced *****ulent put on account

Complaints has been done since 2018,the city of tshwane municipality just ignores,my complaints,ive been to their offices also ,but theres no one in charge,this *****ualent charges,wgen staff did no services or striked,this us unfair.

Good day , I've put in numerous complaints about non service delivery for refuge removal .my account has not been credited yet .refuge removal has not yet been done in westpark .recently the following dates are of non delivery service :2018-12-25 ;2019-01-01;2019-01-07;2019-07-30 and recently regarding the ongoing strike.
