The company came out to investigate an issue with my GeyserWise setup but were unable to diagnose the actual fault. Instead of troubleshooting properly, they simply quoted me for a full replacement of the main controller at an exorbitant price.
I later had the issue resolved by a local plumber at only a third of the quoted amount. This proves that their recommendation to replace the entire controller was not only unnecessary but also a clear case of overcharging.
This approach is unacceptable. I strongly suggest the company invest in proper GeyserWise fault-finding training. Quoting clients for a full replacement without accurate diagnosis is nothing short of exploitation. I have also reported this matter to my insurance provider.
