Thank you for your professional response and assistance my sons bicycle. He bought a bike online, and did not receive the right parts.Once the correct parts were shipped, we went to the nearest bicycle shop which was eagle Canyon Cycles. Brandon immediately helped us, booked the bicycle on, re-assembled it correctly and called us within an hour to pick it up. That was exciting as my son had been impatiently waiting to have his bike working for over 2 months. Just...thank you to you and your team for looking after us.
