Bought shoes at the George branch in February which did not last and took it back to be exchanged, waited for weeks and I took a brown pair which I do not like and 2 months later the shoes broke again. I asked for a refund so that I can purchase shoes elswhere and they just will not refund, answer to me is that it could take weeks before I get a new pair which is not acceptable to me. Now I am sitting without shoes again and nobody is willing to refund and they cant indicate when I will get a new pair.
Really not happy with this service. The previous time they were willing to refund and now they are not willing to refund and I must wait for weeks or so for the new shoes.
Will not support them again. Purchase shoes at another place please.
Very very unhappy at this stage. They will not even get the manager on the line for me to discuss it with him or her.
Sorry, but you lost a customer that supported you for a long time and you decided to leave me high and dry with no aswer or solution, only that I have to wait for whenever it will arrive (weeks or so), not the answer or solution I was looking for.
