Bought shoes at the George branch in February which did not last and took it back to be exchanged, waited for weeks and I took a brown pair which I do not like and 2 months later the shoes broke again. I asked for a refund so that I can purchase shoes elswhere and they just will not refund, answer to me is that it could take weeks before I get a new pair which is not acceptable to me. Now I am sitting without shoes again and nobody is willing to refund and they cant indicate when I will get a new pair. Really not happy with this service. The previous time they were willing to refund and now they are not willing to refund and I must wait for weeks or so for the new shoes. Will not support them again. Purchase shoes at another place please. Very very unhappy at this stage. They will not even get the manager on the line for me to discuss it with him or her. Sorry, but you lost a customer that supported you for a long time and you decided to leave me high and dry with no aswer or solution, only that I have to wait for whenever it will arrive (weeks or so), not the answer or solution I was looking for.
RewardsCo did the wrong upgrade with the wrong package and they promised to correct it. They confirmed that it would be corrected within 48 hours and still nothing. I have to pay for something that I can not use. Below is the full story so far. They can even go and pull the recordings. Either this is a scam or a way to make money. I need to get this sorted now, it can not go on like this. Another lady contacted me 3 weeks later to redo the upgrade and still nothing happened. Two weeks later I asked to cancel everything and restart the process with a router, still nothing happend. My sim is dead and not working. I went in to MTN and did I sim swop and the guy at MTN confirmed that there was a upgrade done, sim only. Now I cant use my data, still received nothing and I have to purchase a router out off my own pocket for R2300-00 which is still not going to work because the sim is pinned on the wrong adress. 4 August I phoned and asked that they cancel the whole thing and confirmed that they will do so and that I will go and do the correct upgrade instore. Still till today no response and the phones are just ringing like scammers would do. Now, the upgrade I require would be to travel with a pocket router, that is what I need. I have data at work and at home, I will never asked for a fixed adress sim or upgrade, because I use the data to travel. I still wonder what happend to Creative couriers which would have done the delivery. I want this sorted and the upgrade cancelled from RewardsCo, I will do my upgrade in store. I do not want to deal with RewardsCo any Further. Not Even Mtn can sort out my contract, BAD SERVICE or SCAMMERS!! I will advise that nobody deal with this company!!
