Worst Online Service for Returns! Quality too

Bought a puffer jacket online for my wife. Arrived with factory defect of stitching coming loose on the sleeve.

Returned it via courier wanting an exchange. This was done on Tuesday and I still don’t have the replacement! No one answers emails! This is the worst customer service and longest return time I have ever experienced- especially because they sent a defective item!
