Bad service

Good morning Ford,

I’ve been one of your clients for 5 years now but the service I received yesterday for my yearly car service was shocking, I dropped off my vehicle around 07:00 only to be collected at 17:00 afternoon 🥹 soo disappointing. I didn’t even feel the friendly energy and welcoming customer service from consultant/agent Micheal who was assisting me. I will never service my car at this dealership. Going back to my wonderful helpful dealership in Wonderboom.
