The most Professional company I have worked with in resolving my bird related problem and the manner in which they resolve an issue
I ordered two Eagle Eye Pro bird control wind driven units on the Eagle Eye web store and Online ordering system. One for land birds and one for Sea Birds. The Online ordering system is extremely efficient and I paid the full amount via a card not present payments environment. The delivery to our home in the Southern Cape took a few days. When I opened the box the two units that I had ordered were not the Prop Peller system but the Pro Peller *****th. The stores had inadvertently place the two incorrect units for delivery. I notified Chris Williams and James and they immediately didn't hesitate to replace the two units as a had already been installed and unfortunately did not clear the top pitch of the roof. They delivered two Pro Peller Systems without any charge and apologized for their mistake. This is 110% Client Centric and they are an extremely reputable company. I highly recommend any Client using Eagle Eye Bird Control company. They were extremely professional in giving advice as to which units to use and efficient in the manner in which they resolved the issue. Highly recommended

Excellent service from Eagle eye bird control
I bought a bird breezer flash from eagle eye bird control with delivery the following day. An independent roof contractor which was busy waterproofing my roof assured me he knows how to install it. When I sent a photo of the installation to eagle eye to confirm if the installation was correct, they let me know that it is not. The sent out a team to correctly install the device for free which I really appreciated.

Excellent service from Eagle eye bird control

Poor service
Prospective customer of Eagle Eye Bird Control should be aware of the following: their bird wire does not work, ***eons can easily walk on the wire and build their nests on top of it, the wire eventually sags and serves no purpose, all of the bird wire installed at our home failed to achieve anything which is when we moved onto the bird spikes, their bird spikes do not work, the first issue we encountered is that the installation team leaves gaps between the spikes and also at the edges of the walls providing a space for the birds to land and simply hop over the spikes, even after resolving that we found that on a larger ledge the ***eons are capable (even in a tight space with a roof overhang) to fly over the spikes and land on the ledge and from their they are able to rip the spikes off and throw them to the ground, this indicates that the glue used is either too weak or insufficiently applied, their rotating mirror reflectors do not work, as we were willing to try everything we installed these unsightly devices and unfortunately they were no deterent at all and instead the ***eons new best friend, the only thing they achieved was to create a disco ball effect inside our neigbours house and we had no choice but the remove them While all of this is disappointing and a lot of money was spent installing all of these devices the big problem is that Eagle Eye Bird Control almost never stick to their word, or properly listen to their customers and the overall service experience is poor: If you tell them to fill any and all remaining gaps so there is literally nowhere for the ***eons to land along a 12m stretch they will come to you with 4 spikes which is obviously insufficient. If they tell you they will come out today, expect them to either not come at all with no contact or to cancel and promise to call you back to reschedule. You will then need to chase them as they will not come back to you. I would budget about 2 weeks from the day they say they are coming out to when they will actually arrive. It is typical that the team that arrive have not been briefed and so you must be physically present to brief and manage the team as the customer. They will also most likely not have brought the products needed to do the job, and so they will then have the reschedule and so the trend of delays and failed promises continues. Should you request a refund for any failed work you will simply be ignored.
