The car is stinking inside, there is a putrid smell inside it On pickup, the car was dirty even outside I am so disgusted and appalled with their level of service The car was flashing "Routine Maintenance Required" by the time we arrived to our hotel The persistent smell is still there. Sent them an email and no rreesponse for 2 days Truly unacceptable

From the estate manager all the way to the assistant manager, pure incompetence. Branden Lizemore and Carla de Oliveira have no skill of handling queries and are sitting at Ellipse occupying space and getting paid for NOT being able to handle queries and providing feedback to tenants. We paying our levies monthly and nothing is being handled by Elgaru team, incompetence at its highest level. They do not have the skill to resolve issues and take accountability. It is unbelievable that Elgaru is still managing such an establishment where owners pay their levies without fail only to find out if any problem arises from the apartment, the managing company, Elgaru fails dismally to address these issues. VOTE THEM OUT WE DESERVE BETTER Do any of them have a qualification to handle this job Absolute pathetic......
Nando's Neighbourhood and Meadowdale are crowded with motorbike UberEats drivers sitting on tables and charging their cellphones some not smelling so great. What are you doing about this Nando's. What are the chances that these tables are sanitised thereafter? Why are they sitting inside the restaurant and talking loud to each other and your staff members? You are really letting us down and are exposing us to unnecessary hygiene standards. Appalled
The worst organization ever Zero star Who on earth still uses this app to order food that is for human consumption? The reckless driver who bumped into my car does not have license nor does he have a passport??? He is from Malawi.? If he does not have a driver's license and he is on the road, how do these drivers become part of this organization? How is this driver vetted? Let alone that he might not even have a permit to be in the country What does Checkers, Pick n Pay, KFC, Nando's, etc do to make sure that these orders are given to legit drivers with proper documents. Are these drivers registered on any database. I feel so sorry for the customer who received the order from this Malawian reckless driver. After this incident, he repackaged the order ....... the rest I will leave to your imagination Where are the traffic cops if these drivers on the road are so brave to drive without licenses? UberEats how do you guarantee the safe delivery of our food? Nando's Meadowdale what a disappointment The chips were so bad as if they were made sometime last week The wrap was even worse than the chips Inconsistent with their meals It is really unacceptable and inconsiderate that we spend our hard earned money for this kind of service. Worst company to deal with. We applied for Fibre installation over 2 months ago and still not connected. The sales person came and delivered a great proposal and made all sorts of promises. 2 months later he has not responded to any of the emails and it is now the responsibility of the projects coordinator to see to finish. The turnaround time is taking forever. They use different service providers to connect and nothing is communicated while time passes by. Appalling and false promises. Where are you Wesley?
Bought a wrap and weggies for lunch and the whole meal ended in the bin. The potato weggies were so bad as if they were from last week. Hard and rubbery. Where is quality control? Money down the drain There is never consistency in any food when it comes to Nando's
Call centre staff contradicting themselves every time I call with thee same problem. Called them more that 10 times and still not sorted. Not helpful at all
No one answers the phone or WhatsApp No one gets back to you when they finally answer your call or messages Response takes forever Lack customer service and professionalism
