Appalling and *********** Elgaru staff members
From the estate manager all the way to the assistant manager, pure incompetence. Branden Lizemore and Carla de Oliveira have no skill of handling queries and are sitting at Ellipse occupying space and getting paid for NOT being able to handle queries and providing feedback to tenants. We paying our levies monthly and nothing is being handled by Elgaru team, incompetence at its highest level. They do not have the skill to resolve issues and take accountability. It is unbelievable that Elgaru is still managing such an establishment where owners pay their levies without fail only to find out if any problem arises from the apartment, the managing company, Elgaru fails dismally to address these issues. VOTE THEM OUT WE DESERVE BETTER Do any of them have a qualification to handle this job Absolute pathetic......

Dominique Botha is an actual *********** nightmare! She takes the law into her own hands, limiting access into and out of the estate without following proper legal guidelines, such as no notice or summons. My levies were 14 days late, so she barred me from entering the estate; she believes this practice is legal. When does the body corporate rules override the Law? How does Waterfall even hire people with this level of illiteracy and ignorance? And we’re buying into these developments believing we’re dealing with professionals Instead, we're dealing with inexperienced individuals who disregard the law. Please educate this lady before she continues to run wild all over the place!
