Appalling and *********** Elgaru staff members

From the estate manager all the way to the assistant manager, pure incompetence. Branden Lizemore and Carla de Oliveira have no skill of handling queries and are sitting at Ellipse occupying space and getting paid for NOT being able to handle queries and providing feedback to tenants. We paying our levies monthly and nothing is being handled by Elgaru team, incompetence at its highest level. They do not have the skill to resolve issues and take accountability. It is unbelievable that Elgaru is still managing such an establishment where owners pay their levies without fail only to find out if any problem arises from the apartment, the managing company, Elgaru fails dismally to address these issues.
