Be warned about these *******. I went for an ear test with these people in Claremont Cape Town. R1680.00 later we left. I now ask for a report and guess what..they want R400.00 for the test results ! In my naivety I figure R1680.00 for a 45 minute test would mean a written report as to the result. No way ,cannot quite fathom this logic where one goes for a test and NO report is given ,unless asked for and paid extra for. Not going back there in a hurry.

17 Dec 2024, 14:42 We do not impose a fee of R 400 for providing a patient with a copy of their Audiogram or report, if one exists, as this information belongs to the patient. Following phone discussions with Mr. Osborn on August 8, the issue has been settled.
