Regret working with East Point Rentals

I have had one of the worst service experiences with East Point Rentals, especially from their finance department. They never answer their phones, and emails go completely ignored. Whenever you need assistance, you’re forced to walk into their offices because there’s absolutely no other way to get help.

I truly regret working with East Point Rentals. Their lack of communication, poor attitude, and complete disregard for customers make them one of the worst service providers I’ve dealt with.
