Good afternoon Fait Family, i bought my FIAT 500X IN 2016 AT FIAT EAST RAND MALL. IN JULY I STARTED TO HAVE ISSUES WITH IT I TOOK IT IN FOR diagnostic Report. All was done gor the quote and all. On the 28th September 2021 my car went in for fixing and on the 30th September 2021 i picked it up. On my way driving i notice a insufficient oil sign went inside tge filling statiin to buy some and then the petrol callded me out to see that there was a loose pipe from the Turbo. Immediately i took a pic and sent it to the dealer. The car was not driving well it was now worse than when it wwnt in for fixing. The car switches off while driving and takes forever to start. The dealership agreed that i should bring it back. When taking it in today Hai goal posts have now changed, tge manger tgere Jaco was bringing in technicak issues that were not on the play. I simply brought back the car bc i did not receive value for money and its a return job. The manager now gives me attitude that there is nothing he can do for me so that means i donated with my R42k only ti get back the car in a worst condition. I womder if this is it because i am a black woman??? If i was white i know they would be glad to fix it again. To think that i was now thinking of upgrading with the latest FIAT 500X AFTER TODAY'S ATTITUDE NEVERππππ. THEY JUST DINT HAVE EMPATHY!!!

I took in my vehicle for a problem to be fixed. Took 21 days for parts to be ordered from Italy. That wasn't the problem. The problem it came in for was never fixed. It has been in again and still not fixed. 3 months later and still not repaired. I spent over R20000,00 for these parts. I am not impressed. These guys have no idea they are doing. I am been a loyal customer but no more!

Very good dealership. Reasonably priced deals on all new vehicles. Used vehicles also available. Customer service is very good and staff are knowledgeable about the vehicles on sale. Safe and secure parking on the premises. Test drives can be conveniently arranged when booking an appointment. Nicely sized showroom in an easily accessible location. Definitely worth the visit, for those looking at purchasing a vehicle.

One of the worst service, walked in to buy a cam belt but the guy was rude he state that he can't help me without a vin number. Mind you my last service it was at that dealer and he can't help me without a vin number. Pathetic service Fiat.
