Bad bad aftersales service and customer care
Non existent aftersales service. Wouldn't use them again. Staff need training on how to speak to people.

Pethetic!
Not impressed at all!!!!! I requested a quote from Eduard to repair my awning. He requested pictures. NO RESPONSE FROM HIM!!! I then sent an email to Suntek.... GUESS WHAT....NO RESPONSE. You guys are useless and will ending up closing your doors!

NO CLUE
I took in my vehicle for a problem to be fixed. Took 21 days for parts to be ordered from Italy. That wasn't the problem. The problem it came in for was never fixed. It has been in again and still not fixed. 3 months later and still not repaired. I spent over R20000,00 for these parts. I am not impressed. These guys have no idea they are doing. I am been a loyal customer but no more!

I have been sitting on the phone on hold for 1 hour. I then get disconnected. My emails are not returned and the whatsapp service is USELESS!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPERSONIC!!!!

Bunch of imbeciles!!!
I have never been so disappointed in a car rental company as Tempest Car hire. We hired a vehicle from a gent named Keenan at the Cape Town international airport branch on 21st November 2019. He asked us is we wanted to add an additional driver at NO COST. We agreed, only getting an invoice when we returned the vehicle for R361 for the additional driver, not to mention a refueling fee of R58.00 after we returned the vehicle with a full tank of petrol. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HEARD OF THIS RUBBISH!!!!. Beleive you me, many people are unhappy with you bunch of imbeciles. NEVER AGAIN!

Not impressed
I overpaid my DSTV account. I was requested to send in my banking details, bank statements and a letter head for a refund. This happened 4 weeks ago. After numerous calls and promises, I am still waiting for my refund. Not impressed. Multichoice, you have lost a loyal customer.
