Very Disgusted Customer

I had stopped at the game entrance because I usually buy my groceries at Game when I went back to that side of the mall to get back to my car I was locked out , all of the entrances where locked and had to exit the fire escape door.

When I finally got to my car around 19h40 I saw that the gate by Game was closed and when I went to exit at the main entrance/exit it was locked too I had to go back to find a security guard to let me out.

The security guard first suggested that I leave my car there walk home and come back later to fetch it. He later said that the reason why the gate is locked is because they lock the gates at 9pm at night but as it wasn't even 8pm yet and the gates where locked I didn't understand why the gate was locked.

After going back and forth with him he would only let me out if I gave him some money ( he was asking for a bribe with out saying the word bribe )

Which I had to pay with out which I would have had to sleep like a homeless guy in your mall.

Is this the type of treatment your company gives to long time clients. I'm thinking of going to social media and letting people know about this and taking legal action for corprution, intemidation and false impresening.
