Every time I get a notification of a discount code as soon as i click on it an the app opens the discount code doesn't load. Also every time not long after i add something to my wish list the item is on special but as soon as i want to purchase the item its all of a sudden out of stock, and soon as the special or my discount code expires magically the item is back in stock
I had stopped at the game entrance because I usually buy my groceries at Game when I went back to that side of the mall to get back to my car I was locked out , all of the entrances where locked and had to exit the fire escape door. When I finally got to my car around 19h40 I saw that the gate by Game was closed and when I went to exit at the main entrance/exit it was locked too I had to go back to find a security guard to let me out. The security guard first suggested that I leave my car there walk home and come back later to fetch it. He later said that the reason why the gate is locked is because they lock the gates at 9pm at night but as it wasn't even 8pm yet and the gates where locked I didn't understand why the gate was locked. After going back and forth with him he would only let me out if I gave him some money ( he was asking for a bribe with out saying the word bribe ) Which I had to pay with out which I would have had to sleep like a homeless guy in your mall. Is this the type of treatment your company gives to long time clients. I'm thinking of going to social media and letting people know about this and taking legal action for corprution, intemidation and false impresening.
I was never informed that you get 20% discount on your order on the day of your Bday and only found out yesterday in store and had a very rude manager told me that's my problem Romans pizza just lost a regular customer. When I told the manager so she did not care
Mr Price staff are useless and unhelp full like there app why does the Mr Price app have a scanning feature if half of the products don't have barcode on the app or the App can't read the bar code plus you can't go in store scan the items that you want pay and leave if even if the store has the items. Another thing is the online store doesn't have stock but the stores does so even if you try taking of advantage the specials there isn't any stock for them.looks like there are going to have to lost customers
I have been waiting for almost 2 hours for some one to help me my card got stolen and had to get a replacement the people help everyone before me that came in and after i came in people use another bank Fnb wouldn't give you any services they just lost a customer
They cant give you a roumd about time for your delivery when they let you know that they are at your house i was at PTA i told the driver ill be back in an hour if hw can deliver my package then he said no problem. I got back in an hour phoned the delivery guy to let him know that im home and he can deliver my package he said that he will deliver it later that day he never came back to me about my delivery and im still waiting for it. When i phoned the help line the person told me they had forgot my package at the depo and will see if if they can deliver tomorrow now i have to wait 2 extra days for this ****ty service im canceling and hope no company or people use there **** service
I Had the 4G off peak package for R250 and did not have any problems as soon as i went to the 5G package i have had problems very turbulent signal if i eventully have sinal its so slow i cant even use google the other half of the time i dont have any signal customer service is good when they try selling products but useless when the have to fix the service side of things going to canel end of the week
My Grandmother Bought a Box of cremora when we opened the box half of the powder form the packets where lying in the box and already hard from exposure both bag where poorly sealed and i would like people to check there packets before buying anything from Nestle a very disappointed customer looking for better products
We are students that put money together to buy debonairs pizza half of our order did even arrive after they phone us 2 times to make sure of the order and this ia not the first time this happend we would be making this mistake 3rd time and order at debonairs again
McDonalds at checkers hyper boksburg poor customer service first they got our order wrong and then they took forever for us to get our order and we just ordered 2 ice creams with a flake the flake was so small i could not even call it a flake
