The disability parking has been occupied by non-disabled people. The lift at the under cover parking has not been working for more than 2weeks. There is no disabled parking close to the lifts on the side of Bentel ave ebtrance close to Capitec bank.

Istore east Rand mall bad service purchase iphone13 on contract for R398. 00 they debited correctly second month they debited my account R3107.00 when I approached the service provider that is vodacom they advise me the agent help me did not capped the Sim. I have to tear the Sim went to istore they advised they capped it but my account has been debited incorrectly am busy doing reversal with the bank. *** services as ever don't recommend anyone to East Rand Mall 😔😔

For a few days now, I have been phoning the Telkom Branch in East Rand Mall but with no success. On can simply not get hold of them. When the phone is picked up, one can hear the background but no one answer's and then they drop the call. Knowing that Centre Management would have details such as a contact no of the Regional or Divisional, and knowing that contacting a call Centre for Telkom to complain would not help, I phoned Centre management at East Rand Mall. The gentlemen that answered was imply un helpful. I know for a fact that Centre Management has contact to Telkom Personnel that are close to the ground, he could have simply send out an email to them stating that customer are complaining. I have been in Regional Retail my entire life. And I have received emails from Centre management's advising us that the store is not taking calls from customers. East Rand Mall obviously take no pride in offering customer service. I might be going to Telkom East Rand Mall but I am still a customer to East Rand Mall itself. Very poor reflection on their Management style. I can imagine that customers to that mall must get infuriated with feeble responses

I was at Sportscene Eastrand mall their service was very poor they want customers to buy with cash because they claimed that they didn’t put their clothes in the system. Their manager Tshilidzi and Nonjabulo the cashier they are very rude I regret why I went to that shop they are so unprofessional I’ll never ever purchase anything at sportscene again.

My friends and I went to Protea Home, a discount store at East Rand Mall. The shop is situated next to game. We were just having a look around the shop and when the assistants asked if we needed help we told them that we were just looking. Then the lady (I'm assuming she's the owner) asked if we need help, we told her we're still having a look around. Only for her to tell us that we not supposed to look, it's either we buying or we leave. As we were walking out, she continued to say "I know" you" people, I know what you want to do" (Implying that we want to *****)

I had stopped at the game entrance because I usually buy my groceries at Game when I went back to that side of the mall to get back to my car I was locked out , all of the entrances where locked and had to exit the fire escape door. When I finally got to my car around 19h40 I saw that the gate by Game was closed and when I went to exit at the main entrance/exit it was locked too I had to go back to find a security guard to let me out. The security guard first suggested that I leave my car there walk home and come back later to fetch it. He later said that the reason why the gate is locked is because they lock the gates at 9pm at night but as it wasn't even 8pm yet and the gates where locked I didn't understand why the gate was locked. After going back and forth with him he would only let me out if I gave him some money ( he was asking for a bribe with out saying the word bribe ) Which I had to pay with out which I would have had to sleep like a homeless guy in your mall. Is this the type of treatment your company gives to long time clients. I'm thinking of going to social media and letting people know about this and taking legal action for corprution, intemidation and false impresening.
