Panarotti East Rand Mall
Panarotti East Rand Mall service is absolutely pathetic. Orders needs to be repeated several time. The waiters are more interested in the mobile phones.

Pathetic
The disability parking has been occupied by non-disabled people. The lift at the under cover parking has not been working for more than 2weeks. There is no disabled parking close to the lifts on the side of Bentel ave ebtrance close to Capitec bank.

Pathetic
I have been struggling with a faulty unit. Various emails have been sent to report the issue. Telephonic conversation resulted in nothing. Phone calls gets dropped when being transferred to various departments. Verification is required at every department and personnal info is repeated numerously.

POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
No internet since friday 14 July at 12:07 No incident logged with Frogfoot. Numerous complaints logged with Vox. Frogfoot is unaware of any outages in the Kempton Park area.

I have had numerous days without internet access due to technical issues with Frogfoot. This is not due to liadshedding. Repairs takes days to resolve. It is an absolute mess
