Poor service as ever don't do contract with vodacom logged HP complaint closed without resolved They double debited my account had to stop the debit order but still am overdue is about time to take this service provider to ombudsman, consultant not trained they don't what they are doing only pillar to post. 😔😔 What ****ed me off agent told me to tear the contract sim while am paying *** service

Istore east Rand mall bad service purchase iphone13 on contract for R398. 00 they debited correctly second month they debited my account R3107.00 when I approached the service provider that is vodacom they advise me the agent help me did not capped the Sim. I have to tear the Sim went to istore they advised they capped it but my account has been debited incorrectly am busy doing reversal with the bank. *** services as ever don't recommend anyone to East Rand Mall 😔😔
