Service excellence! Eastern Cape Motors, Port Alfred

On Monday the 2nd of October 2023, I visited Port Alfred as part of a road trip (vacation) from Gauteng to the Eastern Cape, and after hearing a strange sound coming from my vehicles right front wheel, decided to seek assistance at the Ford dealership, Eastern Cape motors, Port Alfred. A friendly lady at the counter introduced me to the workshop manager, Charl, who informed me that he will have a technician available to take a look that same day at 15:00. At 15:00 Charl collected my vehicle’s keys from me and we were requested to wait while the technician attended to my Mazda Drifter. After a short period of time a technician handed me the keys and explained that the brake caliper was loose and that he replaced the missing bolt. After I was informed by Charl that the repair was done at no cost, I was stunned! Friendly service, immediate assistance, and all that at no cost to me, is sincerely appreciated. This is literally “walking the extra mile” and I had absolute peace of mind while exploring the beautiful Eastern- and Western Cape as well as during my journey back to Centurion, Gauteng.
