DIFICULTIES TO GET A PAIDUP LETTER FROM THEM

I requested a paid-up letter from the 19th of December 2025; they are refusing to send me that, and they don't respond to my email. I need help to get a paid-up letter ASAP. For my Truworths account that is paid in full. They seemed to be immature as legal representatives of companies in dealing with customers. That is EASTON BERRY INC., or CORE CONNECT, as they call themselves.
