I have forwarded all the documents/paid-up letters from my credit providers that debtbusters requiered. I was supposed to have given a clearance certificate on the 21st of January 2026, but till todate i have not been provided with that. I have spoken to Kauthar Karriem, the agent who is handling my profile, several times tellephonically but he doesn't respond to my emails. he emphasize and confirms that all the documents are in order pending the release of the clearance certificate. therefore i need urgent assistance for the release of that document ASAP.
FINCHOICE doesn't want to assist me with my request below, IGNORING MY EMAILS AND OFFERING NO ASSISTANCE OVER THE TELEPHONE. I have settled my account reference no. 11679773, only to find out that initially the reference for the very same account was 9945566 before it was handed over to debt collectors. So I need proof of linking these references TO ONE ACCOUNT. My request was for the confirmation letter for the two references or accounts for the same loan or account. So, please confirm in writing that these account numbers, Ref. no. 11679773 and Ref. no. 9945566, are the same or one account, and please let me know the reasons for that in a letter. Can you assist me urgently?
I requested a paid-up letter as of the 19th of December 2025; till today they are still beating around the bushes, ignoring my calls, and not responding to my email. I am having difficulties in getting only a paid-up letter from MBD, and they are refusing to give me the paid-up letter for my ABSA account that was paid in full in December last year. They seemed immature or didn't know how to draft a paid-up letter, and their emailing system is very poor for their standard of legally representing big companies in dealing with customers. MBD, as they call themselves. I need help in getting a paid-up letter.

Good day Homechoice I would like to address my concerns, and an unfair treatment I got from you. I bought a sound bar system from you last year. In July this year 2023 I experienced a problem with it, it became multifunctioning/ faultyA. In September 2023 I took it back to the Homechoice workshop/ warehouse in Mitchell Splain they didn’t take it back because it wasn’t in a box. Consequent to that I took it back again in October 2023 but experienced the same thing from Homechoice. The reason of you not taking the Item was only a it must be covered in a an original box of which after along time like that where would I have kept and original box. I tried to cover it in any box but still with no luck. I made a call on Monday 23 October 2023 to Homecchoice trying to be advice of the way forward or an assistance on the matter but I was told that the warranty is expired and nothing you can do to help me in this situation forgetting that you never helped me on two accessions on the warehouse prior the expiry of the warranty. All the documents and small books that I was given or came out with the sound system are in my possession more especially the one I was told is the warranty booklet on the time of receiving the item. To my surprise that the original box is the proof of warranty/guarantee. So now I need your urgent assistance from you, I am hurt and surprised by the way you handled this matter from the get go. Please advise me on this.
I AM THE VICTIM OF THE SAME SITUATION WITH CELL C. I a victim of ***** or of ******* cell c employees who renewed my contract and taken a cell phone without me or my consent on my name on Sunday 28/08/2023, i thought by them running a security check and affordability check before giving credit to any one may assist me from this victimization but not, this had happened to me before 2 years ago with cell c although it was resolve but no one was brought to book, this norm happens during weekends where other of help departments are closed, and this is done by calculating *****sters within cell c. yes i will not pay for that by what about my credit profile, what about my name and those who drag my name with debts that i have nothing to to with. Is cell c vetting its people and what is the purpose of all these security questions they as up on you call if they can give cell phones out just like that?. "I believe all call are recorded" cell c, i will need those records. PLEASE ADVISE what actions do I need to take from here on.
"they say dont talk to me talk to my lawyer". I am very sad and aggrieved by the way my situation was handled by LEGALWISE & PARKER ATTORNEYS(apointed lawyers on my case by Legalwise). In 2015 my wife was unfairly dismissed at work by Goal Supermarket cc and lodge a grivance through Legalwise branch in Bellville. The case was at CCMA and later at the Arbitration Commission and the award was given by the commissioner. the case ended up at the LABOUR COURT OF SOUTH AFRICA HELD AT CAPE TOWN on the 6/09/2016. The Court Order was ordered to my wife's favour to say SHE must be REINSTATED BY EMPLOYER OR BE COMENSATED for the duration of her contract with the employer..............SO till todate nothing of that nature was fullfilled, after the court order Legalwise was duck and diving pursuing the order,the communication with us(me & my wife) was not forth coming as it used to, theywere nont returning our calls, the information of the proggress has stoped untill I sent them sad and unhappy emails, eventually they responded by saying the CASE IS FINALIZED AND I WAS WRONGLY CITED. After those words we wanted to know more and clarified as we went to their branch in BELLVILLE evry day been turned away without help or assistance at all,no one wanted to meet with us and explain something, its when i smell a rotten rat in this case........I then turned to Legalwise HEAD OFFICE seeking their intervantion, also turned away and eventually ignored..........I lost hope,legalwise left me heart and trust broken but still thier loyal member maybe one day they will know what they stand for.
THANK YOU MR PETER. After my last review, complaining about the poor service of Fonechoice. Now I am humbled to say that Fonechoice has responded quickly, I commend them for that and They manage to meet my expectation of what the agreement was when I took a laptop insurance. finally they met my demands and resolved my without hesitation, I thank them for that. now I have got/received my lost Laptop back. my advise to them, a constant communication and feedback is key when dealing with client's claim and progress on the matter in hand. I salute you Fonechoice!!!!!!!, Please don't let yourselves down.
I have lost my laptop due to robbery and it was insured, I have a case number, an affidavit. I have tried to lodge a case or to put a claim with Fonechoice but reluctant to assist me with that, I have call them many times but they seem not interested in helping me. Every time I called they are requesting an affidavit and a case number to send these documents on a wrong email addresses refusing to give fax numbers. Now I need help!!!!!!!!. phone calls are not helping me with this challenge
