I took my car for a service last month and at the end of the day no work was done on it. They told me it was because I didn't sign the car in. I understand that they need my permission to work on the car, but nobody called me! The whole day I did not receive any communication from them! The Service admin people there just don't care about the customers and weather or not the business they work for does well. It is a shame! I took my car to the Eagle Ford dealership in Sandton, and it was worth the drive.
