They have terrible customer service, accounting systems and work management systems. I took my device in 2 months back, I have had to deal with missing payments, lack of updates, incorrect status updates and the list goes on. I still do not have my device even though they claim that the device was fixed 2 weeks ago, I was told they will only send it back in another 2 weeks! I cannot in future recommend anybody in SA buying an MSI device (especially for work purposes) if Partserve is the only certified repairer in South Africa. I have requested MSI to please stop referring your South African customers to Partserve.
I took my car for a service last month and at the end of the day no work was done on it. They told me it was because I didn't sign the car in. I understand that they need my permission to work on the car, but nobody called me! The whole day I did not receive any communication from them! The Service admin people there just don't care about the customers and weather or not the business they work for does well. It is a shame! I took my car to the Eagle Ford dealership in Sandton, and it was worth the drive.
10X has one of the smoothest and easiest online registration and investment processes to get you going. I appreciate the effort and customer focus of the development and management teams. All the bigger investment firms should learn from these guys!
