Easy Equities Does not respond to emails and ingoing calls are not going through

Getting ahold of the easy equities RA team is like playing extreme sport.

So picture this, I sent an email 2 days ago seing that I am getting no response I then preocced to send a follow up email yesterday we are already on the 3rd day so it means for the email to be a knowledged can take up to 4 or 5 days? Yet there might be waiting time for things to be actioned?

What kind of pap service is this? If they are shot staffed they should hire more people and don't subject us to this nonsense, we are not bidding for tenders here, we have our money invested with them they should do better.

Worst the numbers they have as call numbers. Don't go through, so what must, can happen?
